Howard Miller

Howard brings over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of driving exceptional financial performance. He has held senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, and operations, including President of Teleflex, General Manager of Allen Medical Systems (Hill-Rom), and Vice President of Sales at Hill-Rom. Earlier in his career, Howard held key commercial and operational roles at Johnson & Johnson, further strengthening his breadth of industry expertise.

Jesse Drake

COO

With over 20+ yrs product development experience Jesse holds over 25 patents to his name. Jesse has held senior management roles across Research & Development and Operations, notably as former Research & Development Director and Business Development Manager at Allen Medical Systems, and boasts extensive operations and quality system expertise.

Mike Nordling

Executive Vice President, Global Business Development & Marketing

  • BS, Business, Emmanuel College

Mike brings over 35 years of experience in medical devices and the operating room, in leadership roles including Executive Director at Allen Medical (Hill-Rom) and Director at Arthrosurface, later acquired by Anika. A proven team leader, Mike has successfully managed hundreds of product launches throughout his career. His expertise extends to orthopedics, sport medicine and patient positioning.

Patti Goodwin

Controller

  • BS, Psychology, Worcester State College

Patti has 20 years of expertise in finance and accounting, including 12 years in the medical equipment market. Her experience includes working at SmartBooks Corp, where she provided accounting solutions and advisory services to start-up ventures. Previously, she served as a Finance Manager at Allen Medical Systems, showcasing her strong background in financial management within the industry.

Justin McCarthy

Director of Product Development

Justin brings over 10 years of product design experience, specializing in user-centered industrial design. His expertise spans medical devices, orthopedic instrumentation, and patient positioning, with a strong focus on human factors. Justin’s work in these areas highlights his commitment to enhancing user experience and product functionality.

Jon Sheedy

Director, Operations

Jon has extensive experience leading operations and engineering teams, with notable expertise as a former Factory Manager Lead at Allen Medical Systems. Jon’s experience extends to developing, testing, and validating equipment protocols, underscoring his contributions to operational excellence.

Holly Fondots

Director, Clinical Education & Development

  • BA, Southeastern Louisiana University

Holly has over 25 years experience selling and marketing operating room patient positioning products, during which time she has cultivated invaluable deep channel and customer relationships within the industry and played a key role in launching the first booted lithotomy stirrup, the Allen™ Universal Stirrup. As a former field sales trainer at Allen Medical Systems, Holly is an expert in patient positioning and has received numerous sales and product awards, including Sales Agency of the Year.

Naomi Ambrose

Director, Global Marketing

Naomi brings over 12 years of marketing experience including over 5 years specializing in medical devices for patient positioning. Skilled in market development, project management and global operations she has a strong background in overseeing integrated sales and marketing strategies in the medical device industry.

Ryan Rasmussen

Director, Strategic Partnerships

Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong track record of driving growth through strategic marketing, product development, and commercial leadership. He has held senior leadership roles at GCX Healthcare Solutions and Hillrom (a Baxter company), where he led global product marketing, business development, and portfolio optimization initiatives across capital equipment and service solutions. Earlier in his career, Ryan held engineering and product development roles at Allen Medical and OYO Sports, building a unique blend of technical and commercial expertise.

Chris Green

Managing Director/CEO, KYRA Medical Ltd

Chris brings over 15 years of technical and commercial experience across engineering, manufacturing, and product development. Prior to joining KYRA Medical, he served in both Technical Engineering roles and as Head of UK Sales specialising in patient positioning solutions. Chris’ experience in medical devices spans sales, engineering, product design, and R&D, giving him strong clinical insights and proficiency in patient positioning, alongside an extensive background in training and mentoring specialist teams.

Keith Bolton

Country Director UK & Ireland

Keith brings over 35 years of experience in the medical device and operating room sectors, holding an HND in Electrical Engineering. His career includes roles such as Sales & Product Manager at Getinge UK, Business Manager at Karl Storz OR1, and Sales & Technical Manager at Hill-Rom. Keith has a strong track record in sales and revenue achievements, excelling in business development, account management, and relationship building within the healthcare industry. With proven success in critical care areas and operating theatres, he is an effective communicator with clinical and technical staff at all levels.

Perri Mertens

Marketing

Perri has 25 years of experience in marketing and communications, specializing in branding, website design, and e-commerce. With expertise in developing and executing advertising campaigns and measuring their success, Perri also excels in trade show development, lead generation, and tracking ROI. Formerly a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at Allen Medical Systems, Perri has a proven track record in driving effective marketing strategies.

Sheryl Marrazzo

Sales Administrator

Sheryl brings over 22 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on surgical devices and patient positioning. She’s known for her customer-first approach—listening closely, understanding each team’s needs, and working hand-in-hand to find the right solution. ​

Before joining Kyra Medical, Sheryl held roles at Trumpf, STERIS, and Allen Medical, where she built a deep knowledge of the OR environment and a strong reputation for supporting surgical teams with care and expertise. Her ability to form meaningful relationships with clinicians and partners reflects both her experience and her genuine passion for improving patient care.​
